Executive Management

Mr. Olsen joined the Company in July 2016 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He became the Company’s Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer in June 2017, President and Chief Operating Officer in August 2018, President and Chief Executive Officer in January 2019, and Chairman in April 2026. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Olsen was Chief Financial Officer of Colfax Fluid Handling, a division of Colfax Corporation, a diversified global manufacturing and engineering company that provides gas and fluid-handling and fabrication technology products and services to commercial and governmental customers around the world, from January 2013 through June 2016. Prior to joining Colfax, he served in progressively responsible management roles at the Forged Products Aero Turbine Division of Precision Castparts Corp, Crane Energy Flow Solutions, a division of Crane Co., Netshape Technologies, Inc., and Danaher Corporation. Prior thereto, Mr. Olsen performed public accounting work at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Mr. Rayfield became the Company’s Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer in March 2026, after joining the Company as its Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer Designate, and Treasurer in January 2026. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Lutron Electronics Corporation, a designer and manufacturer of smart systems for automated lighting, shading (blinds/shades), and temperature control, since June 2023. Prior to that, Mr. Rayfield provided independent financial advisory services from November 2022 to June 2023, and he served as Chief Financial Officer of Knoll Inc., then a publicly traded company and a leading global manufacturer of commercial and residential furniture, accessories, lighting and coverings, from August 2017 to July 2021.

Brian has served as Senior Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Development since 2023. From 2017 through 2023, Brian served as Vice President, Corporate Development. During that time, he was instrumental in leading the merger and acquisition process of both Dayton and SuperATV. Prior to Dorman, Brian worked in the Automotive, Technology, and Industrial Manufacturing industries, including positions at Aptiv, TE Connectivity, and private equity.

Gregory Bowen was appointed Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, in May 2025 after having served as the Company’s Vice President, Controller since joining in August 2020. Mr. Bowen joined the Company after serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of CIRCOR International, Inc., a provider of products and services for the Industrial and Aerospace & Defense markets, since September 2019. Prior to that, Mr. Bowen served as Vice President, Corporate Controller of Dentsply Sirona Inc., a manufacturer of professional dental products and technologies, from April 2018 until January 2019, and as Assistant Corporate Controller of TE Connectivity plc, a global provider of connectivity and sensor solutions, from August 2012 until March 2018. Prior to August 2012, Mr. Bowen also held finance leadership positions with Apex Tool Group LLC, a supplier of hand tools and power tools, and Stanley Black and Decker, a supplier of tools, fasteners and outdoor products. Mr. Bowen began his career at Ernst & Young LLP and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Joseph P. Braun joined the Company in April 2019 as Senior Vice President and General Counsel, and he was appointed Corporate Secretary in May 2019. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Braun served as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Avantor, Inc., a leading, global provider of mission-critical products and services to customers in the life sciences and advanced technologies and applied materials industries. Prior to joining Avantor, he worked at Tyco International plc (now known as Johnson Controls International plc), a leading global provider of security, fire detection and suppression, and life safety products and services, where he served in positions of increasing responsibility, including, most recently, as Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions. Mr. Braun began his legal career in private practice at various law firms, where he advised public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions and securities and corporate governance matters.

Jeffrey L. Darby joined the Company in November 1998 as a National Account Manager. He became Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing in February 2011. He previously held the positions of Group Vice President from 2008 to 2010 and Vice President of Sales – Traditional and Key Accounts from 2006 to 2008. He is an active industry leader serving on the Auto Care Association Board, the University of the Aftermarket Association and served as the President of the Automotive Sales Council. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Darby worked for Federal Mogul Corporation/Moog Automotive, an automotive parts supplier, beginning in 1990 in various sales and marketing roles.

Scott D. Leff joined the Company in 2019 as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to joining the Company, Scott held a variety of Global Divisional Human Resources roles at Hewlett-Packard and Hewlett-Packard Enterprises. Scott also held Chief Human Resources Officer roles for D&M (Bain Capital Portfolio Company), Metrologic (Francisco Partners Portfolio Company acquired by Honeywell) & Divisional HR and Employee Relations roles for GMAC. Mr. Leff began his career practicing law at the Monmouth County, NJ Prosecutor’s Office and a regional law firm specializing in labor and employment law.

Donna M. Long joined the Company in 2015, as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Long served as Chief Information Officer of Veritiv, a newly formed Fortune 500 company that merged two leading paper, packaging, and facility supplies wholesale distributors, Unisource Worldwide, Inc. and Xpedx, a division of International Paper. Prior to the merger, she held various information technology leadership roles at Unisource Worldwide Inc. including Chief Technology Officer & Chief Information Officer. She began her career in management consulting with Accenture focusing on enterprise technology strategic programs and systems implementations in the consumer products and manufacturing sectors.

Mr. Porter joined the Company as its Senior Vice President, Chief Operations Officer for the Company’s Light Duty and Heavy Duty segments in January 2026. Beginning June 2024 and until he joined the Company, Mr. Porter served as Senior Vice President, Chief Operations Officer, of ADI Global Distribution ("ADI"), a global wholesale distributor of low voltage products including security and audio-visual solutions. Prior to its acquisition by ADI, Mr. Porter held roles of increasing responsibility at Snap One, LLC, then a publicly traded provider of smart-living products, services, and software to professional integrators, most recently as its Executive Vice President of Operations/Head of Supply Chain from January 2022 to June 2024, and as its Senior Vice President of Operations, from January 2020 to January 2022.

Eric Luftig joined the Company in December 2021 as Senior Vice President, Product. Mr. Luftig has 27 years of global engineering, marketing, product development, and commercialization experience in various commercial and industrial products sectors across roles with General Electric, Nordson Corporation, and most recently Victaulic, where he served as an Officer and Vice President. Mr. Luftig also currently serves on the Board of Valley Youth House, a $35M non-profit that services at risk youth and families across 18 counties in Pennsylvania in addition to providing his leadership to help various other community organizations.

Mr. Bashir was appointed to serve as the Company's President, Heavy Duty, in December 2025. Prior to joining the Company, he worked for ZF Group, where he served as Head of Sales US and Canada, from August 2025 to December 2025, and where he previously served as Head of CV Aftermarket, beginning in August 2023. Prior to that, Mr. Bashir held roles of increasing responsibility with DRiV Incorporated beginning in September 2016, and he most recently served as its Business Line Leader and General Manager, Braking.

Kathleen Pacheco was appointed President, Specialty Vehicle, in May 2025. Previously, she served as the Chief Operating Officer of Dorman’s Specialty Vehicle business segment, having joined Dorman in September 2024. Ms. Pacheco previously held senior management positions with Tenneco Inc., a provider of products for motor vehicle original equipment and aftermarket customers, from 2015 to 2024, most recently as its Vice President, General Manager, Noise Vibration Harshness, Performance Materials. Prior to her time at Tenneco Inc., she held various roles within Johnson Controls.
